Ordered and received a DVD-R of a Movie which arrived scratched:. Called Customer Service for a Return Authorization requesting a Replacement per their company policy, and then shipped the item back at my expense per their instructions?. Was told that company policy was to reimburse up to $5".00 for the return cost|.
A Refund was issued for the item without a reimbursement for the return shipping cost as promised -- no replacement item was sent, no communication of any kind was ever received".
When I called to inquire about the missing replacement and shipping refund, 2-weeks after the item refund was issued, Customer Service would neither ship a replacement nor refund the shipping cost. 128fff5
